Blood
Went to donate blood today.Apart from the 3 sharp pains (once when they test your Hb levels, once when they put the needle in and the last when they take the needle out) it was a pretty okay experience.
Successfully managed to get 1 pint of blood out of me - the last time I tried it didn't happen.
Happy.
