Cough
I thought I recovered from my bout of cough and sore throat but today when I woke up I felt the unmistakable signs of sore throat. Again.
Starting to cough again now too.
Why?

Me
So I know I don't really take care of my health all that much.
I eat KFC at least once a week (it's the Wicked Wing snackbox, I can't help it!), I eat
way too much sugar (baking desserts is my hobby and I'm a chocaholic, what can one expect?) and on a good week perhaps I will dutifully eat one carrot as my vege source of the week. Oh, did I also mention that Indo Mee is another weekly staple for me?
I know - shocking!
I think it's showing up on my complexion now that I'm not as young as I used to be. I'm starting to get dark circles under my eyes which certainly were not there before I got into 5th year. Perhaps it's dentistry?
I think I'm going to make it a point to attempt to eat healthier, in fear of ending up looking 50 when I'm in actual fact, not yet 25.

Listless
Been trying to study very unsuccessfully.
I think I'm in the process of falling sick. It's been rather strange - I feel cold and shiver the whole day, yet I don't actually have a fever. I've been eating well and haven't really been treating myself
that badly so I have yet to discover the cause of this.
Been lying around in bed watching a lot of Southpark. I think Butters amuse me the most. Cartman just annoys me.
Must attempt to study more in order to make sure I don't fail miserably.

Health Woes
I've been getting a lot of mouth ulcers lately.
On my cheeks, on my lips, on my tongue, on the floor of the mouth, on the gums, in the sulcus...you name it.
My dentist thinks I'm stressed. I don't really feel that I'm 'stressed', per se. Sure, I spend copious amounts of time in the dental hospital seeing people with very bad teeth and sit in the lab doing pros work but in all, I wouldn't say I'm stressed compared to last year.
I'm thinking it's probably my eating habits. Ate cake for dinner yesterday as well as lunch for today.
Perhaps I should go on a non-cariogenic diet plan and see how I survive.

Vitamin C
I'm addicted to this vitamin.

It tastes so good I struggle to eat only
one a day.

Traumatized
Just weighed myself after avoiding that unpleasant task for about a month. I guess I wanted to live in blissful ignorance.
Traumatized by the figure displayed.

Downhill
I've been telling myself that if I don't stop eating junk food, I'm going to end up obese. I end up eating
1. Creamy pasta for lunch
2. Gelati for tea
3. Hainanese chicken rice with chicken curry, salad, garlic bread for dinner
4. Strawberry cheesecake for dessert
5. 2 mini Crunchie bars for good measure at the end of the day.
Someone please tell me what to do with my raging appetite.

Battle Against The Evil Bulge
Detestably, I used to be at the border of underweight and normal when it came to my BMI count. Now I'm in the wonderful mid-range of normal, which annoys me. How did I end up here?
Well, mainly through cheesy pastas, my baking activities, chocolate, more chocolate and eating whenever I felt bored.
Yes, I'm one of those people who eat whenever they feel bored, happy, sad, depressed, whatever. It's some sort of evil disorder.
Must stop eating for no reason.

Exercise
I
hate exercising.
There's no way around it. I hate exercising. I hate sweating away in the gym trying to burn a few more calories so that I can have that extra bit of cake. I hate going for group classes - halfway through the class I always wonder
what the hell am I doing here???
There's only one sport that I love - tennis. I like the rhythm, the sunshine and the game as long as I don't play against an opponent who is too agressive. As I said - I hate exercising.
However, recently I've been trying to walk at least half an hour daily in my effort to keep myself healthy. I've been falling sick constantly and either my lifestyle or my diet is the culprit. I choose to target my lifestyle first.
Half an hour isn't
too bad. What I do is I pop on my favourite songs on my iPod, walk down streets where the houses are beautiful and build my castle in the air.
Now all I have to do is keep it up.
